Something is wrong with this video, we can't play it.
Maybe it didn't finish uploading or maybe it was deleted or something else is wrong with the file. Though it looks like in this case the uploaded file is linked to external media, which is probably still on a local drive. Most often solution is to resave that file as a self-contained movie and then reupload it.
