Theatre Guild of Simsbury: The Little Mermaid

Theatre Guild of Simsbury presents Disney’s The Little Mermaid at the Simsbury High School Auditorium this October. Join us under the sea on October 9, 10 and 17 at 7:30 p.m. and October 11, 17 and 18 at 2 p.m.

Based on Hans Christian Andersen’s beloved fairytale and the classic animated film, Disney’s The Little Mermaid is a timeless love story of mermaid Ariel’s enchantment with the human world and the dashing sailor Prince Eric. With music by eight-time Academy Award winner Alan Menken, lyrics by Howard Ashman and Glenn Slater, and a compelling book by Doug Wright, this fish tale will capture your heart with its irresistible songs including “Under the Sea,” “Poor Unfortunate Souls,” “Kiss the Girl” and “Part of Your World.”
