Have you heard the rumors about the big changes for this year's Septemberfest ? They’re true – the entire weekend had been reinvigorated to create a new, more vibrant event. The change includes Country Music and dancing Friday night ending with fireworks at 9pm, Family Day on Saturday with the train and tethered balloon rides, a trick bike show and, of course, the bounce houses plus more bands and dancing in the evening and the Moonlight Pub. Sunday will be totally reconfigured. It’s going to be OktoberFest in September. It’s all a fundraiser for the Performing Arts Center so they are charging a $5 entrance fee for attendees 13, and older, that's good all weekend. Want to know more. PAC Board Member Linda Schofield has all the details on SCTV’s Headlines program which airs everyday at 12 noon and 8 pm. http://simsburytv.org/v/v0hvVlbBIZo
