Cookbook Club: Vietnamese

Come join us as we explore Vietnamese cuisine this month! At this meeting, we will have Vietnamese cookbooks available to explore and take home. Vietnamese dishes will be made and shared at the beginning of next month’s meeting. Samples of Vietnamese food will be made using the Library’s mobile kitchen cart. There will be at lease one gluten free/vegan option.

***Please Note: From 6:30 to 7pm there will be the potluck for last month’s Holiday dishes. If you do not plan to bring in a Holiday dish, please arrive at 7pm for the start of Vietnamese cuisine ***
